Smart access for a rental property

A rental owner was managing physical keys through cleaners and contractors. Guest codes expired at the wrong times, and there was no single view of who had access.

VCE Enterprises scoped lock hardware, installed and integrated smart access, and connected automations in Home Assistant so codes aligned with check-in and check-out. Cleaners received documented procedures — not a verbal handoff.
